7-bedroom home along golf course tops sales report at $1.1 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 15 was $1.1 million for a home and adjacent lot along Prairie Green Golf Course in south Sioux Falls.
The 8,300-square-foot home was built in 1992 and sits on an almost 2-acre double lot, with a third lot that also borders the golf course. The two-story brick home has seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. There are four additional bathrooms in the home and a six-stall garage. Features include a wraparound porch, 40-foot sport pool, hot tub, basketball court and gazebo.
