A 6,100-square-foot home in south Sioux Falls that sold for $2.2 million topped the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Nov. 13.

The two-story walkout was built in 2008 on an almost 1-acre lot in the Prairie Hills addition near 69th Street and Western Avenue. The home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also topped a weekly sales report in October 2021 when it sold for $1.1 million.

Two other sales topped the million-dollar mark.
