The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 8 was almost $1.2 million for a ranch walkout home in south Sioux Falls.

The 4,600-square-foot home was built in 2014 in the Prairie Hills neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a wet bar and wine cellar in the lower level and a four-stall heated garage.
