The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 20 was $830,000 for a home on a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Old Orchard Heights neighborhood.

The 5,800-square-foot home was custom-built in 1989 on a half-acre lot. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include a two-story foyer, climate-controlled wine cellar, in-ground pool with a paver patio and a five-stall garage.
