5 homes top million-dollar mark in sales report

Five homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Oct. 3.

The No. 1 home was one of two featured homes on the Fall Parade of Homes and sold for $1,995,000. It was built by Jeren Homes this year in a new development north of Lake Alvin. The 6,200-square-foot ranch walkout home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include a golf simulator and in-ground pool

The No. 2 home is in the Crown Pointe neighborhood near Pasley Park and sold for $1,725,000. The 6,900-square-foot home was built in 1999 and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include an in-ground pool with a waterfall, sunken hot tub and a pool house.
