The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 1 was $1.3 million for a two-story home in a neighborhood with three parks.

The 5,700-square-foot home was built in 1988 in The Park in Tuthill Highlands in southeast Sioux Falls. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Four other homes, including a downtown condo unit, topped the million-dollar mark.
