The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 11 was $1 million for a house in southeast Sioux Falls.

The 3,800-square-foot ranch walkout house was built in 2024 in the Copper Creek neighborhood. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a four-stall garage. Features include a lower-level wet bar and fireplace in the family room and a covered deck that overlooks a greenway next to the backyard.
