A new home on the east side of Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Sept. 16 at almost $1.6 million.

The ranch walkout sits on an acre in the Pleasant View Acres neighborhood south of Arrowhead Parkway between Veterans Parkway and Six Mile Road. The 4,900-square-foot house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
