A five-bedroom home in south Sioux Falls that sold for $1.2 million topped the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Dec. 11.

The 4,000-square-foot home was built in 2008 and has three bathrooms and a four-stall heated garage. It features a covered deck and an outdoor fireplace.
