The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 8 was $1,075,000 for a home on the east edge of Sioux Falls.

The 4,800-square-foot home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was custom-built in 2016 on a 1-acre lot. Features include a chef’s kitchen, hidden walk-in pantry, four-season room, six-stall heated garage and a backyard waterfall.
