5-bedroom home in south Sioux Falls tops sales report at $1M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Oct. 18 was $1,020,00 for a home near 69th Street and Western Avenue.
The 3,800-square-foot home that was built in 2003 has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a walk-in pantry in the kitchen, hidden wet bar in the dining room and a walk-in closet in the master suite.
