3 homes top million-dollar mark in weekly sales report

Three homes topped the million-dollar mark for sales in the week of April 25.

The most expensive sale was $1,650,000 for a 5,300-square-foot home in a south Sioux Falls neighborhood known for its Christmas light display along Western Avenue. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features in the owner’s suite include a fireplace, sitting area, walk-in closet and access to the deck. The lower level has a full bar, karaoke club, home theater and game area. There is 1,300 square feet of outdoor living space.

The No. 2 home overlooking Willow Run Golf Course sold for $1,385,000. At 4,800 square feet, it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a curved bar and a theater area.

The No. 3 sale at $1,210,000 is a new home in south Sioux Falls that was built by Daniels Residential.
