Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Jan. 30.

The No. 1 sale is a new home in Tea that sold for almost $1.2 million. It was built by B&H Construction & Homes. With 3,000 square feet, it has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The No. 2 home, which sold for just over $1 million, was built by Start to Finish Builders in northeast Sioux Falls. It sits on a 1.7-acre lot in the Cantebury North development.
