2 homes top million-dollar mark for weekly sales

Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Oct. 31.

The No. 1 home in the Prairie Hills neighborhood in south Sioux Falls sold for $1.3 million. The home was built in 2006. With 7,200 square feet, it has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The No. 2 home, which sold for almost $1.2 million, was built in 1999 in the Crown Pointe neighborhood overlooking the nature area of Pasley Park. The 5,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a private study, home office, theater room and four-season room. The heated garage has room for six cars.
