2 acreages, Tudor-style cottage top million-dollar mark in weekly sales report

Two acreages and a Tudor-style cottage in the Riverview Heights neighborhood topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales in the week of Feb. 28.

The most expensive sale includes a home built in 1975 on 10 acres and two additional parcels with a total of 10 acres south of Sioux Falls that sold for $1.3 million.

The 2,000-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The home in Riverview Heights in west-central Sioux Falls that was built in 1932 on a 1-acre lot came in at No. 2 at $1,165,000. It has 3,200 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The third property to top the million-dollar mark at $1,050,000 is west of the city limits and north of Highway 42. It includes two houses and several outbuildings on 65 acres.
