JOB SUMMARY

Create overall design support for a variety of marketing materials for print and electronic marketing, and sales communication for The First National Bank in Sioux Falls. Articulate and transform strategy, creativity and enthusiasm into brand designs, all while protecting the integrity of the bank’s brand identity. Maintain an awareness of the latest marketing trends and innovations, and align these with the bank’s strategic initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work with the marketing team to design concepts, and coordinate all aspects of production for internal and external marketing materials. Collateral pieces may include digital and print ads, billboards, in-branch displays, presentations, newsletters, brochures, invitations and forms.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using MailChimp or Pardot to educate and cross-sell to current and potential customers. Use A/B testing and analyze results to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the bank’s promotional product inventory, including researching new items, being the main contact for vendors and placing orders.
  • Assist with daily work, coordinating events and launching products and services. Provide backup for marketing teammates. Help bank employees with questions regarding the Adobe Creative Suite and general design concepts.
