Women’s store Windsor opens at The Empire Mall

Windsor, a women’s apparel chain, has opened at The Empire Mall.
The store is known for its special occasion apparel, but there’s also casual wear.
Windsor promotes its selection as “on-trend, ready-to-wear fashion at an affordable price.”
The winter collection includes flannel shackets, sequined holiday dresses, plaid wool coats and knee-high boots.
It’s located next to American Eagle and Tilly’s.
The store is the third women’s retailer to open in recent weeks, joining Anthropologie and Offline by Aerie.
