The 2021 WIN in Workforce Summit in Sioux Falls included special guests and actionable strategies for businesses.

Held Oct. 28 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, hundreds attended in person and online. Minnesota Vikings standout Chad Greenway delivered the keynote address to an audience that included dozens of high school students, along with business leaders there to learn workforce development-related strategies.

The students are part of the Career Connections program organized by the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, and they came away from the day with valuable experiences.
