Two restaurants in The Empire Mall food court have left the mall.

Jacky’s shut down earlier this month, following the opening of its newest location at 3101 W. 41st St. It had been in the mall for almost three years.

Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe announced that it closed the mall location this week, while continuing to operate at 1216 W. 41st St. The restaurant also expanded to the mall three years ago.

The two closures will add to the vacancy in the food court — at least for now.

The former Taco John’s space is still empty, while at least one other vacant spot is being used for storage.
