The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 25 was $790,000 for a town house on the south side of the Lake Lorraine development.

The 2,400-square-foot home was built in 2022 at The Shores on Lake Lorraine. It has two bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s a two-stall garage and a patio on the second floor.
