Expansion plans for the complex known as Cherapa Place have grown to include a 10-story building instead of nine floors and more retail space.
If early interest is any indication, downtown’s newest condominiums could be spoken for nearly two years before anyone can move into them.
The Cherapa Place development plans to add a $160 million expansion beginning this year, bringing three new multistory mixed-use buildings and a major corporate office downtown.
