Sweet collaboration produces frozen treat

This is what happens when Chris Hanmer puts his two delicious downtown businesses together.
You get a Parlour macaron ice cream sandwich — a Monday mash-up of macarons from CH Patisserie with a scoop of a Parlour Ice Cream House creation in the middle.
They will be served every Monday at Parlour, with a different flavor and color each week.
And Hanmer went straight to a customer favorite for the first one. Today will feature brownie bean gelato, one of Parlour’s most popular sellers.
