Seven women have earned Women of Excellence awards from Sales and Marketing Executives Inc. of Sioux Falls.

They were chosen among 55 nominees.

The winners are:

• Entrepreneurial Excellence: Trisha Dohn, Well365.
• Excellence in Leadership: Dr. Mara Hermiston, Avera Medical Group.
• Excellence in Marketing: Laura Mitchell, Lawrence & Schiller.
• Excellence in Public Service: Jan Feterl, Catholic Community Foundation for Eastern South Dakota.
• Excellence in Sales: Jennifer Dykstra, American Bank & Trust.
• Supporting Excellence: Shey Cleveland, Canopy by Hilton, Sioux Falls Downtown.
• Young Woman of Excellence: Khadidja Mahamed, Jefferson High School.

The awards represented the 46th annual event and were given at the Women in Business event March 24 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
