The first Sioux Falls Slim Chickens opens July 24, bringing the fast-growing Southern chain to 1517 S. Minnesota Ave.

Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Those who dine during the grand opening can enter to win a Slim Chickens-branded ATV and motorized minibike.

The menu is a basic one, focused on chicken tenders, wings and a variety of homemade sauces. There also is a chicken ranch sandwich, chicken and waffles and desserts served in mason jars.

Slim Chickens is being franchised in Sioux Falls by Todd Porter, whose other concepts include Applebee’s, Carinos, Chevys and PizzaRev.
