The most expensive home sale for the week of Jan. 29 was $1,020,000 for a six-bedroom, seven-bath house on a cul-de-sac in the Prairie Hills neighborhood in southern Sioux Falls.

The 7,700-square-foot, two-story house features a private apartment on the first floor, a lower-level bar, six-stall garage and outdoor sport court.
