Sioux Falls Leadership Summit to feature popular speakers, chance to exchange ideas

The Sioux Falls Leadership Summit returns this month, organized by the Sales & Marketing Executives of Sioux Falls.
It will be June 27 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, beginning at 1 p.m., with an exclusive lunch option at noon.
“Our organization has a history and passion for elevating business culture in South Dakota,” said Jan Feterl, chair of the Sioux Falls Leadership Summit.
“Our vision through the Sioux Falls Leadership Summit is to bring the very best trainers in the world to Sioux Falls to inspire and transform business cultures, both large and small, in our area. Our desire is to provide all attendees, regardless of where they are at in their life journey, with essential tools to grow and advance their careers.”
Attendees will gain first-hand knowledge on the latest professional growth strategies that will catapult them into future leadership opportunities, she said.

Featured speakers include Jon Acuff, the New York Times bestselling author of eight books, including his most recent, “Soundtracks, the Surprising Solution to Overthinking,” along with author, speaker and former “Survivor” contestant Holly Hoffman.
“This event is an opportunity to send employees at all levels to receive top-of-the-line leadership training right here in Sioux Falls,” Feterl said. “The event was created with the idea to provide something new and inspiring for everyone, no matter what stage in their career they are at.”
There also will be networking opportunities and awards presented.
“Although we have offered this in the past, this year we are bringing it to a whole new level with the opportunity to engage in one-on-one conversations with our speakers and other leaders of our community,” Feterl said.
