Within Reside, there are 38 unique properties, “so we started with 10 on this event, but it’s a great chance to learn more about who we are and see a range of options, from new single-family rental homes in east Sioux Falls to apartments filled with charm in central Sioux Falls to multiple townhomes in Tea,” Albrecht said.

“These properties will vary in availability, but it’s a valuable opportunity to come look for your next home and lock in your name or ensure you get a call right away when we have the perfect option available.”

Apply during the event and you’ll be entered into a $250 gift card drawing. Some properties also will have exclusive move-in specials.
