Fans of Breadico-inspired pizza: It’s coming back in 10 days.

Pizza di Paolo plans to open Oct. 14 at 2300 S. Minnesota Ave.

The restaurant will be run by Dennis and Linda Napolitano, the parents of Breadico founder David Napolitano.

While a menu hasn’t been released, the restaurant’s Facebook page notes it will serve wood-oven pizzas, salads and ice cream, and offer beer and wine.
