CFA Society Minnesota has recognized seven new Chartered Financial Analyst charter-holders: Matthew Carey, Daniel Elmer, Zachary Nipp and Oless Voznyuk, all of the South Dakota Investment Council; Lucas Kading and Ian Williams, both of MetaBank; and Aaron Rasmussen, Alpas Capital LLC. The organization, which covers Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota, also recognized Tyler Stewart of U.S. Bank and Matthew Adamson of The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, who earned the CFA designation in recent years; and Austin Wagner of Elgethun Capital Management, who recently passed the rigorous exams.

Governor’s Awards
Two Sioux Falls employers have received Governor’s Awards, which recognize the achievements of employers, individuals with disabilities and other South Dakotans for their leadership and contributions toward the employment of people with disabilities. Five Star Call Centers and the University of South Dakota/Sanford School of Medicine received Outstanding Employer awards in their respective categories. They were nominated by Business Resource Network.
