Both The Clark and The Dakota open to central Cherapa Place Plaza, which offers additional seating and entertainment.

“We anticipate hosting lots of fun special events here as we have already within the Cherapa Place interconnect,” Haber said. “Our residents already have enjoyed wine socials, art shows and special access to our businesses, and we see that only growing.”
