The most expensive residential sale for the week of Oct. 13 was $788,500 for a new house on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 3,300-square-foot ranch house was built by Jeren Homes in the Sundance Ridge development near 26th Street and Veterans Parkway. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
