The most expensive residential sale for the week of Dec. 19 was $826,500 for a new home along Willow Run Golf Course.

The two-story home was built by Josh Bartels Construction in Arbor’s Edge Addition on the east side of Sioux Falls. The 4,000-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
