The new downtown boutique TH Grey will hold its grand opening Aug. 4 along with First Friday events.

Trish Tilberg started her business online last fall, offering what she calls modern, statement pieces.

When the former Man Code space opened up at 330 S. Phillips Ave., she leased it right away.

“The store is a dream come true,” she said. “It turned out better than expected and wouldn’t be possible without the help from my friends and family.”

The boutique also offers shoes, handbags, accessories and custom wood furniture.

The grand-opening celebration start at 6 p.m. and will include complimentary champagne and wine, appetizers and special discounts.
