New brunch restaurant ready to open at Dawley Farm Village
June 4, 2026
Over Easy, a national brunch restaurant, opens on the east side of Sioux Falls this weekend.
Opening day is Saturday for the Arizona-based restaurant, which has grown to 19 locations and has a modern diner vibe.
It’s being brought to Sioux Falls by The Attic Restaurant Group.
The Dawley Farm Village location is at 18th Street and Highline Place, near the Glo Best Western hotel and Century Theater.
“It turned out great,” operating partner Cade Terveer said. “Guests will be welcomed by a bright, energizing atmosphere that feels both inviting and comfortable.”
The 4,600-square-foot restaurant also offers patio seating for 40 people.
The menu is “unique and memorable,” Terveer added, combining breakfast staples with bolder Southwest-inspired favorites.
“There is something for everyone, from familiar favorites to exciting new tastes.”
Signature made-from-scratch breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes include Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles and Monte Cristo.
Hiring is going well, Terveer said.
“The team we have assembled is excited and ready to serve our guests,” he said.
“They have fully embraced what Over Easy is all about: being bright, energizing and real. We are continuing to build our team and are currently looking for full-time hosts to join us after the summer season.”
The restaurant at 5722 E. 18th St. is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
To mark the grand opening, the restaurant is offering penny mimosas with the purchase of an entree on Saturday and Sunday, limit one per guest, as well as a “kids eat free” promotion with the purchase of an adult entree.
This Over Easy location is the first of three planned by the local ownership group.
The Attic Restaurant Group was founded in 2008, starting with The Attic Bar & Grill on East 41st Street and growing to include the adjacent Ass’ociates & Co., The Attic West on West 12th Street and The Gruff Plates + Pours in Brandon.
