The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 29 was $1.1 million for a new home on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 4,300-square-foot, two-story home was built by Icon Homes in the Copper Creek neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
