Dow Rummel Village
Dow Rummel Village has made two additions to its leadership team.
Michael Redinger has been appointed as chief financial officer, succeeding Kevin Kaufman who retired after 18 years of service. Redinger has experience in financial management and health care operations and most recently served as director of operations for a surgery center. He also has served as a long-term care administrator.
Laurie Knutson has been named chief philanthropy officer after serving as Dow Rummel’s interim foundation director since July 2023. She offers extensive experience in strategic insight, leadership development and fund development.

Nichole Price, senior vice president of risk, process and performance at Pathward, has been named to American Banker’s list of the Most Influential Women in Payments. The list celebrates senior executives who guide the future of the global payments industry and recognizes women 40 or younger who demonstrate leadership, mentorship and inclusion in their work. Price joined Pathward in 2015 and has been in her current role since July 2023. She’s a CPA and has 27 years of experience working in financial institutions.

Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield has been named a top Hispanic employer by Hispanic Network Magazine and a top Black employer by Black EOE Journal.
