From the moment you walk in the door at the Sioux Falls Lincoln dealership – and sometimes even before you walk in the door – it’s clear this is a team ready to meet your needs.
“Our team at Lincoln is experienced, tight-knit and prides itself on providing incredible service to our guests,” dealer principal Ed Bloom said. “Our customers easily get to know them and learn they can depend on them.”
Here’s a closer look at the team.
Edwin Cehajic, sales/finance adviser
Edwin Cehajic’s family moved to Sioux Falls from Bosnia in the 1990s. He has always gravitated toward the world of sales and customer service, “so being here is a perfect combination of both,” he said. “I enjoy it more and more every day.”
He has been part of the team at Sioux Falls Lincoln since 2022.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job is not only the people I work with, but the guests that come in every day. It is a blessing to have people trust me enough to ask me for advice and trust me with a large purchase. Many of my guests have even become my friends, and we talk very frequently. I’m very grateful for that.
How do you think Sioux Falls Lincoln offers a unique experience to guests?
The car business has a bad reputation, whether it’s people getting taken advantage of or being more like a “game” rather than people being able to make an easy and well-informed decision, so the fact that we provide that makes all the difference in the world. Seeing the relief on people’s faces and them letting their guard down always feels like a win for me.
Where can we find you when you’re not serving guests at work?
I envy people with niche interests and the ability and desire to try new hobbies, so I’ve tried to become that person. I like to game, hang out with my girlfriend, go out to eat with friends. I’m really into movies, basketball and anything that involves some activity.
Miles Hoy, sales/finance adviser
A Sioux Falls native, Miles Hoy began his career after graduation from South Dakota State University as a manufacturing engineer for a few years before shifting gears into his current role. He joined Sioux Falls Lincoln from the Sioux Falls Ford team with the opening of its new location in mid-2025.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
It is definitely getting to meet new people each day. I also enjoy the fact that my role allows me to handle not only the sales side of the job but also the financing and working with the banks. It’s very engaging and “scratches my brain.”
How do you think Sioux Falls Lincoln offers a unique experience to guests?
When you buy a vehicle from us, you don’t have the runaround of working with three or more people from the dealership. You get to work with just one representative from the dealership the whole time, and that makes it such a pleasant, relaxed shopping experience. I personally love it and think it makes the process of purchasing a new vehicle one to remember.
Where can we find you when you’re not serving guests at work?
I am an avid outdoors enthusiast. I enjoy hiking, camping, cycling, skiing and snowboarding, depending on the season. I frequent the local state parks, as well as Great Bear and the Falls Area SingleTrack, F.A.S.T., trails here in town!
Nate Kissam, sales/finance adviser
A native of Colorado, Nate Kissam joined Sioux Falls Lincoln with a background in sales, spending time at another dealership before making the move in October 2025.
“That experience taught me the importance of listening first, being transparent and making sure every guest feels comfortable and informed throughout the entire process,” he said. “I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and helping someone find the right vehicle is something I take a lot of pride in.”
What’s your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of the job is building relationships with guests and helping them find a vehicle that truly fits their lifestyle and needs. Seeing someone drive away excited and confident in their decision makes the work rewarding every day. I want guests to know that my goal is always to make the car-buying experience easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Whether someone is ready to buy or just starting their research, I’m here to help however I can.

Sioux Falls Lincoln offers a unique experience because we focus on people first. There’s no pressure — just honest conversations, clear communication and a team that genuinely wants to help. From the moment guests walk in, they’re treated with respect and supported from start to finish.
Where can we find you when you’re not serving guests at work?
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me enjoying my time outside of the dealership, relaxing, staying active and spending time with people I care about.

He joined Sioux Falls Lincoln at the start of this year.

Jonathan Swift, Lincoln brand manager
Team leader Jonathan Swift grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and attended Concordia College, where he studied music education with aspirations of becoming a high school choir teacher. His focus was vocal music, and he was drawn to both the subject of music and the joy of helping students grow through it.
“That path shifted when my fiancee was accepted into graduate school in Colorado. Differences in state licensure requirements made it impractical to teach without returning to school for an additional year,” he said.
“During that time, I began working in sales and discovered, somewhat unexpectedly, that I both enjoyed the work and was well suited for it. Many of the skills I developed while training to be a teacher — communication, empathy, organization and leadership — translated naturally and continue to influence how I approach my role today.”
He joined Sioux Falls Lincoln in 2013 as a sales consultant.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
The most rewarding part of my role is helping my team achieve the success they are striving for. Guiding and supporting team members so they can be confident, effective and genuinely helpful to guests is deeply fulfilling.
I also value the moments when the vehicle-buying process becomes a positive experience for guests. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, and doing the job well means reducing that stress through kindness, transparency, honesty and clear communication. Sharing in the excitement guests feel when they drive away in a new vehicle is a reminder of why the work matters.
At the core of everything, my goal each day is simple: Be helpful. Taking care of people, both the team and the guests, leads naturally to the outcomes everyone hopes for.
