Medical spa iv&co to move downtown

Sept. 28, 2023

Iv&co, the medical spa that began as ivclub in south Sioux Falls, is moving downtown.

The business opened last year inside Allure Health.

“This move represents a significant milestone for us as it allows us to better serve clients, be more accessible and to provide an enhanced experience as a medi-spa destination,” owner Jennifer Haiar said.

“Iv&co will be equipped with a slightly larger space, more cutting-edge services and a more efficient means to park and access, being more central Sioux Falls instead of just south Sioux Falls.”

The rebrand is intended to let people know there’s no membership required to use the services, Haiar said. The new name also is trademarked as she pursues new corporate sites and franchising.

Iv&co will be located in The Bancorp Building, the 10-story mixed-use building at Cherapa Place that’s just starting to move in office tenants.

There will be parking directly in front of the space on 345 N. Reid St. and connectivity throughout the development.

With the larger space and heightened ceilings, “we will be able to offer one expanded range of services to cater to evolving needs and requests of clients,” Haiar said.

The concept includes a “modern-Roman” reception area with a waiting room, multiple levels of anti-gravity chairs, a stone wall, fountain, large tropical trees, olive trees, oxygen bars, LED light therapy, infusions, injections and other products to purchase.

“The goal is to cater to the five human senses, which will create a memorable and immersive experience,” Haiar said. “We have just started to inform our clients about our exciting move, and everyone has been excited and supportive of us.”

Other new additions include a library so clients can read while getting their services; specialty champagne, sake and tea; and the ability to host parties on-site.

The business also will use a modified mobile service for clients who aren’t able to come to the location.

Iv&co plans to be open at Cherapa before the end of the year.

“We’re thrilled to add iv&co to the building,” Cherapa co-developer Anne Haber said. “This builds on our commitment to bringing together businesses that focus on overall wellness, and we think the downtown community, as well as the broader area, will love the services that are going to be offered here.”
