Italian villa-style home tops sales report at $2 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 12 was $2 million for a custom Italian villa-style home along Prairie Green Golf Course.
The house was built in 2004. It has 5,600 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include front and back courtyards and a three-season porch. The master bedroom has a fireplace and a walk-in closet.
