House near Pasley Park tops sales report at $1.4M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Dec. 29 was almost $1.4 million for a house near Pasley Park.
The 6,000-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1998 on a corner lot in the Woodland Hills neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features included a walkout lower level, four fireplaces, a screened-in porch, a four-stall garage and a core floor garage.
Another property sold for $1.3 million on the south side of Sioux Falls. The 4,300-square-foot, two-story house was built in 2021 on a 1-acre lot near Harrisburg North Middle School. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include two fireplaces, an exercise room, a screened-in deck and a patio with a hot tub.
