A house in a neighborhood along a golf course south of Sioux Falls that sold for almost $1.7 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of March 10.

The No. 1 home was built in 2020 along the pond in the Arthur Estates development at Bakker Crossing Golf Course. At 5,100 square feet, it has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include 16-foot ceilings, a butler’s pantry, two laundry rooms and an outdoor sport court.

A second home topped the million-dollar mark at $1.3 million. The No. 2 home on the east side of Sioux Falls was built in 2022 on a 1-acre lot. It has 4,100 square feet, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
