The most expensive residential sale for the week of Oct. 27 was $2.7 million for a home in central Sioux Falls.

The 4,900-square-foot house was built in 1937 and was designed by architect Harold Spitznagel, founder of the firm that is known today as TSP Inc. The brick house in the neighborhood south of McKennan Park has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
