House along golf course tops sales report at $1.9M

A house along a golf course in south Sioux Falls that sold for $1.9 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of March 3.
Another house near McKennan Park that was built in 1932 and later expanded sold for almost $1.9 million.
The No. 1 home was built in 2004 along the ninth hole at Prairie Green Golf Course. At 5,500 square feet, it has three bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The newly renovated home features two full kitchens, a full-size bar in the lower level, a home theater and his-and-her closets and bathrooms in the master suite, which also has a fireplace.
The No. 2 home in the neighborhood south of McKennan Park has 6,200 square feet, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sale included an adjacent vacant lot.
