The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 29 was $880,000 for a home along one of the golf courses in Brandon.

The 4,000-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 1986 along Hidden Valley Golf Course. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a four-stall garage. The living room features an A-frame ceiling with wood beams, and there’s a stone fireplace. A large deck overlooks an in-ground pool that’s surrounded by a patio, extensive landscaping and mature trees.
