Three homes topped the million-dollar mark on the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Jan. 22.

The No. 1 sale was almost $1.7 million for a horse farm with an orchard on 73 acres south of Valley Springs. The 2,600-square-foot home was built in 2000 and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property has a 10-stall horse barn, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, a pole barn and a storage shed.

The No. 2 sale was $1.4 million for a 5,600-square-foot home in south Sioux Falls with six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The No. 3 sale was almost $1.4 million for a 5,900-square-foot home east of Tuthill Park with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
