Home south of Tomar Park tops sales report at $1 million

The most expensive home sale for the week of Oct. 14 was $1,032,500 for a house nestled in the trees south of Tomar Park.
The 5,400-square-foot house that was built in 1987 sits on 1.7 acres and has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It features an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub with a three-season pool house.
