The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 10 was $1,225,000 for a home overlooking Willow Run Golf Course on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 4,000-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2015 in the Arbor’s Edge neighborhood. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include 16-foot cedar and beamed ceilings in the living room, a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry and laundry rooms on both levels.
