Home near Cherry Lake tops weekly sales at $1.1 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Nov. 14 was $1.1 million for a home in a neighborhood that includes a private lake.

The two-story walkout home was built in 2019 on a half-acre in the Cherry Lake Reserve development in west Sioux Falls. The 4,500-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include 16-foot ceilings in the living room, a loft and views of Cherry Lake.
