Home in Prairie Hills neighborhood tops sales report at $1.2 million

The most expensive home sale for the week of Sept. 30 was $1.2 million for a house in the Prairie Hills neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.
The 5,700-square-foot ranch walkout that was built in 2011 has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include an outdoor pool and hot tub.
