Home in Arbor’s Edge tops sales report at $1.9 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 26 was $1,870,000 for a home on the eastern edge of Sioux Falls.
The 5,100-square-foot home in the Arbor’s Edge neighborhood has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was built in 2016 by Jarrod Smart Construction on a 1.5-acre lot.
Features include an in-ground pool and more than 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space. It has a heated six-stall garage and a garden garage.
